We are beyond proud to announce that Sachem School District had 117 participants last year, 11 of which won awards at the Suffolk Region level, and 2 of those who went on to win awards at the NY State level. And for the second year in a row, we've had a National winner of Excellence!

Thank you to the Sachem Library for hosting the 2025 Sachem PTA Council Reflections Showcase
Each year, the National PTA Reflections program offers students a platform to express their unique perspectives and interpretation of a student-created theme. For the 2024-2025 school year, the theme was “Accepting Imperfection.”
“‘Accepting Imperfection’ is a reminder to myself that mistakes are welcome because they are a part of being human. Our flaws are as much a part of us as our strengths, so being imperfect should be perfect enough for us.” - Paige Opaska, student theme creator.
